Refund policy

This policy only applies to orders from fitbark.com.au
This policy applies to all physical products purchased on the FitBark Online Store. If you purchased a FitBark product from an authorised retailer or from Fitbark.com, please refer to their return policy. We are unable to refund any purchase not made directly through Fitbark.com.au

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Eligibility for return
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 calendar days
  • The product isn’t physically broken or damaged
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You include all accessories, manuals and documentation included in the original packaging
  • You include the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return or may be subject to a restocking fee that is entirely at our discretion. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must pre-pay all shipping charges and you shall assume risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.

Damaged items 
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
